Administration Mission Statement

To serve the ACO employees, deliver essential services, assist in the day-to-day operations by providing coordination and cooperation between department functions, provide support to all divisions through exceptional service and creative solutions, develop and retain a high performing workforce and foster a healthy, safe, well equipped and productive work environment for all staff members.

Administration Responsibilities

The administration division performs administrative functions for the department.  This team maintains close liaison with organization units of the department in the areas of administrative procedures and personnel actions.  The departmental budget, overseen by the Administration staff, is based on divisional budget requests and other factors.  The monitoring of the budget takes place at the department level with input as needed from the divisions.  The Auditor-Controller has delegated authority to sign certain documents.  Specific authorizations are on file with the administration team.  This team also maintains and updates the Office Local Area Network to provide efficient and economical service to customers.
